The CHAIRMAN of the Trust shall perform and carryout and exercise all powers
Duties and functions as the board may assign to him from time to time and exercise all such powers
Privileges and discretion's and do all such acts, matters and things as may be necessary (or)
Convenient for administering the general policies and promoting the objectives of the trust.
Carry out resolutions of the board of trustees
Sign papers, receipts and documents and documents relating to the trust.
Pay money due to the trust and demand and obtain receipts therefore.
Appoint doctors for free medical campus to fix their remuneration etc.
