NUMBER OF TRUSTEES


  The Number of Trustees shall be not less than three and not more than nine,

   The Trustees named in these presents shall be the first trustees and they shall be the Permanent Trustees and each of them shall be entitled to hold office during

   His / Her life time unless He / She in the meantime resigns (or) becomes disqualified to act as Trustees.


MANAGING TRUSTEE:


  MR.S.ALLAHUDDEEN shall be the Chairman and Managing Trustee and he shall hold office of Managing Trustee by notice in writing to the other Trustee/s.

   After he ceases to be Managing Trustee, any other person appointed by the Board of trustees shall be the Managing Trustee.


TRUSTEES:


   The Board of trustees shall have the power to appoint additional Trustee/Trustees provided the total number of trustees for the time being shall not exceed nine. .

   The trustee / trustees appointed under this clause shall hold office for such period from the date of appointment as may be specified by the Board of Trustees.


PROCEEDINGS OF THE TRUSTEES:


   The Trusted shall hold such meetings at such place and time as may be decided by the Managing Trustee and as may from time be necessary for considering any matter connected with the Trust (or) it's affairs (or) to transact any business of the Trust. .

   The Trustees may make rules for regulating their meetings not being inconsistent with any provisions contained in these presents and they may make rules for passing any resolutions by circulation among the Trustees and the trustees may repeal (or) alter any rules made pursuant to this clause.

   A meeting of the Trustees may be called by a Trustee on not less than seven days notice in writing specifying the date, place and hour of such meeting and The nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting and such notice to, the non-receipt of notice by any Trustee shall not invalidate the Proceedings of Any such meetings. With the consent of all Trustees, a meeting may be concerned by such shorter notice in such manner as the Trustees may think fit.

   In all important matters and in particular in the matter of in-vesting (or) exercising the borrowing powers, the decision of the trustees at a meeting (or) by circular resolution, shall be necessary.
